Be 100% sure when claiming item/s, strictly no cancellation. Cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount due.

An order confirmation / receipt will be sent after you claim an item.

I will openly disclose and state the actual condition of your claimed item/s and pack it securely in the best way possible. Rest assured that I also will provide images of packed items and parcels before shipping.

Mode of payment (MOP), is preferably GCash, Cash On Delivery (COD) will be only be permitted with fees and approval from me.

Deadline of payment (DOP) varies; it can be completed on Pay As You Order (PAYO) basis, 3 days reservation, or flexible (with PAYO Non Refundable Down Payment & To Be Followed Remaining Balance) if stated.

In Flexible DOP, please be aware that regardless of the amount given as down payment, if you wish to cancel the items you have claimed, nothing will be refunded.

Be mindful of the stated DOP. Late payment will be fined ₱20 per day.

Packaging fee (PF) depends on the size and number of the claimed item/s. The standard packaging fee for photocard/s (1-2 items) costs ₱15, inclusive of 1 used toploader, set of carton, and layers of clear bubblewrap. For more than 5 items, the photocards will be placed in a corrugated box and be covered in layers of clear bubblewrap.

The standard packaging fee for album/s or merch/s (1-2 items) is ₱15, inclusive of purple cover, side carton protection, and a layers of clear bubblewrap.

I sometimes reuse toploaders, kindly inform me if you're uncomfortable with it and want to opt for a new Ultra Pro Toploader that costs ₱15 each (can fit 1-2 items).
